Teachers looking for a nice logic game geared mainly toward elementary and middle school students will like Smart-Kit’s latest release, Out of Balance. Each level asks that you pick the heaviest object based on the relative weights shown on each seesaw. The levels get progressively harder, adding more seesaws as you advance. At the end, the 6-seesaw puzzles may have even the adults scratching their heads!

A very colorful game with lots of neat math puzzles! Several levels of difficulty to work through as you logically reason through the various problem solving steps. Great game for students, as well as anyone looking to sharpen their working memory and mind skills!

Skill and Strategy combine in this wonderful game that’s fun for the whole family. Choose your angle carefully, and launch your Cheebler into the rows of other Cheeblers hanging above. When 3 (or more!) Cheeblers of similar color match up, they will fall off. The goal is to clear the playing field entirely. You’ll collect special power-ups as you advance though 25 progressively harder levels, and you’ll meet newly colored Cheeblers along the way.

Keep in mind that any Cheeblers stuck underneath your 3 or more matched grouping will fall too!

Pay careful attention to the translucent Cheebler too! This will help you plan your take-downs on the more advanced levels!

If you’re making great progress and have to go join the rest of the family at the dinner table, make sure you press ‘AUSE’, and the ‘QUIT’ before you turn the computer off so that your game is saved. When you come back to www.smart-kit.com  (hopefully well nourished and recharged!), the Cheeblers will be waiting for you; just press ‘CONTINUE’ and you’ll resume at the last level saved.

Color Tangle is a game of tangled, multi-colored lines and nodes. Untangle everything to progress to the next, more challenging puzzle!

Click and drag the colored nodes to move them around. Each node can pass through like-colored lines. White nodes can pass through any color, and any node may pass through white lines.

Black nodes, on the other hand, cannot pass through any colors, and nothing may pass through black lines.

Here’s a neat flash puzzle game based on what was seen in the movie ‘Last year at Marienbad’. It’s a logical game that you can play versus the computer, or a friend sitting next to you!

Each player can pick up as many sticks as he likes, but only from one row each time.

In this hidden object game, each scene will present 7 object doubles-shapes that are used twice. Your task is to identify them. Although this sounds incredibly easy, most of you will look over them many, many times before finally making the pictorial link!

While the game has a very helpful ‘hint’ button, if you try to play without giving in to the temptation to press it,  I think many of you will find this to be one of the most difficult hidden object challenges you’ve ever tried.

The bouncing smileys are back! In A Very Simple Game, your job was to spot the cleverly hidden dot.

In this brand new sequel of sorts,  you must ply your powers of observation to figure out which bouncing smiley is the odd one out. The levels are a delight to view, and again the accompanying soundtrack goes nicely with the simple yet polished graphics.

I’ve been bugging Mr. Anand for over 3 years to make this sequel, and had basically given up hope of ever seeing a ‘Very Simple Game 2′ when just the other day this great surprise popped up in my email box! Hope you enjoy!

Smart-Kit is excited to now feature: Interlocked, an amazing collecton of twenty 3D interlocking mechanical block puzzles to take apart!

The puzzles start off easy, and then get progressively more intricate and harder to solve. There are 2 main ways you can interact with the blocks: 1) Using the GLANCE tool, you can rotate the blocks while holding the left mouse button. 2) Using the PULL tool, you can click on a piece of the block and pull it along the desired axis.

To switch between GLANCE and PULL, use the space bar, or simply click the tool icon in the game.

Interlocked’s 3d graphics are highly impressive, and the mellow soundtrack that plays in the background will soothe your nerves as you struggle to take apart just that one more block.  Overall, the game does an amazing job at recreating an engaging, playable version of real world mechanical puzzle blocks that’s sure to work your visual-spatial brain into shape!
