My JEWEL of an UNCLE let me drive us to LUNCH in his brand new MOTOR vehicle.
A spread sheet helped with this one.
it was easy if you started with the only vowel, the U. because the second ring only had one consenant, (an ‘n’) you had to assume that the word started with ‘un’, and then you immediately see that ‘uncle’ falls into place. once you had that word set up, you knew the position of each of the rings, and could make the words lunch, motor, and jewel accordingly…
