It looks like alphabet soup. One wonders whether we are seeing a “non-public” view of the sculpture.

A large, yellow sculpture? Nothing comes to mind. Could this be a closeup of sculpted hair, like in a beard?
But what are those curved lines behind the macaroni?

I think the yellow color is a red herring.
