These are animal models, so we can not extrapolate with 100% accuracy to humans. Nonetheless, based on these findings, there is strong reason to believe anabolics impact the human brain in a similar fashion.
Will the same damage occur from anabolics that are not steroids? Such as plant based anabolics?
A chemical basically has the same effects whether a plant makes it, a laboratory makes it, or an animal makes it.
