A recent study published in the journal Nutrition (Vol. 22, pp.295-302) suggests that Concord grape juice has a beneficial effect on brain cells and can improve cognitive function.
In fact, the authors of the study suggest that the special compounds in grape juice can potentially “reverse the course of neuronal and behavioral aging”!
As an added benefit, several recent studies show that grape juice can have a very favorable effect or blood cholesterol levels.
Blueberries are also thought to have a very beneficial effect on cognitive function
