1)The third window from left to right from the ones that are over the head of the watchman, like in a first level, this window looks like a lantern in a upward position, projecting light toward the sky in a straight vertical line.
2) Just below the window I put as option number 1 there is a tiny black or dark brown shape in a 45 degrees position that seems like a latern too and its iluminating the lower region of that window.
I personally prefer option number 1, but hey its just intuition right.
I saw another option, nobody said the watchman is normal, so he could be a giant, and the latern could also be the darker column in the door that is few inches away of the left hand of the watchman.

It’s upside-down, just above the man’s head, outlined in black and disguised as part of the bay window.

It is the left/bottom side of the balcony, though upside down.

I saw the item over his head upside down, and thought maybe, but it just didn’t seem like the typical lantern to me…
