Maybe the puzzle could also be improved by creating a last 15th panel that shows him rousing from a dream?

RK, you know what was confusing for me at first, that in the first tile, the one that shows the man dreaming, he appears in the dream with a drawing of an anchor in his shirt if the next tiles are inside the dream, he should have an anchor in the shirt, dont you think, jajaja maybe my overactive brain is working too much jajaja maybe not, cool.

Hi Spitiz,
Actually, the whole panel is a dream sequence. There are no such thing as genies, and the man is dreaming the whole thing. The only thing the puzzle doesn't show is the man awakening from the dream. Maybe it should have that...

Ok, solved it. Still, I don't see the logic link between the first tile, where the sailor is dreaming, and the second tile, where the genie surprisingly appears. Shouldn't there be a tile in-between them, showing how the sailor finds a bottle just as he's dreamed about ?

The sailor was unappreciative of the genie and all his work. He tosses the bottle overboard after he got what he wanted.

The genie didn't like this ungrateful attitude very much, and figured he'd teach the sailor a lesson. So he sabotages the sailor, so that in the end, the sailor starts back at ground zero.

After the waves crash the sailor back on shore, and he picks up the bottle amazed at his bad fortune, the angry bottle is supposed to be saying: 'that's what you get'!

If anyone sees an alternative layout, please feel free to let me know

I noticed the expressions of the bottle, but I don't see how this helps.

Can't get through it. I'm quite sure I got the order right between the three wishes, and between the beginning of the comic strip where he finds the bottle. But as much as I try to play around with the remaining tiles, I don't get an automatic confirmation that I hit the right order. Any hint or walkthrough ?

That was very entertaining. Took me a while. It helps if you zoom very close so you can see all the details and then zoom back out to put them in order.

Hi Suineg: The game should recognize it when the squares are placed in the correct order. Was afraid this was going to be on the easy side, so I'm glad someone of your caliber is having a little bit of difficulty : )
