Awwwww…I didn’t get it.

Now I get it, but it is kind of hard to figure it out when I live in Australia and have never seen snow before so I never thought along those lines.

Alternative lateral thinking solution:

“Nobody put them on the ground”
It was a guy called Nobody. He works for RK. He put them there so that RK could post this puzzle!

They are from a melted snowman.
The carrot is the nose, the scarf, and the coal for the eyes mouth and buttons.

Happened to me this year, but less coals!

This may have been harder if I wasn’t looking out of my window at 3 inches of snow.

Someone used the items to decorate a snowman, which subsequently melted depositing them all on the ground.
