because of the background!!! the lighter the background the lighter it appears,the darker the background the darker it appears????????? hahahah

Its simple enough people. the cylinders shadow darkens a portion of blocks making it hard for us to determine what color they should be. Our brains automatically assume the block is lighter due to the position of it in the pattern.

IF THEY ARE OF THE SAME COLOR, THEN THE CHECKER PATTERN WOULD NOT EXIST. ARE WE NOT LOOKING AT A CHECKER PATERN? EXPLAIN PLEASE.

how is it the same color? is it the shadow or something else that gives the illusion of the different shade?

Since I didn’t believe you, I had to take the graphic in my own program and check it. It is the same color even though I still find it hard to believe.
