True-ish. It shows a lot of squares that are arranged along four invisible concentric circles. If you close one eye and blur the other, it is easier to see it.
It’s true, of course (or more accurately a series of squares that form the pattern of 4 concentric circles) but that’s wild how it seems to be a knot, or a spiral or what have you. This may be the coolest one of these kind of illusions I’ve seen. I noticed that when I sit back and squint really hard that the illusion is broken.

squeeze your eyes and look from a distant of about 50~60 cm, until those crooked squares become thick lines!!
True. Very good illusion. Had a hard time even tracing the circles with my finger.
