A constituent unit of the United States, what am I?
Know the answer? You can enter it into the ‘comment’ section below. Will unmask in a couple of days. May throw up a hint if not many people can figure it out…
Connecticut? The golf ball is about to “connect” with the guy trying to “cut” down a tree.
Massachusetts? M + ass + A + C + (um) husetts.
Colorado? Color a-do (adieu) because it’s black and white.
Illinois? ill + annoy = what this puzzle does to me
ok, so far, Bobo The Bear is the only one who has gotten this correct. Mashplum had a couple of guesses, 1 of which was correct. Going to hold off on unmasking any answers for about a week on this, and will see how many can get it right
The original puzzle didn’t even have the clue ‘a constituent unit of the United States’. I think it was offered as a contest, so it was probably designed to be very hard to stumble upon the answer they were looking for.

Is the answer even the name of a state?
Hey there Mashplum- one of your answers was correct! The answer to your last question is ‘yes’
so far no one else has gotten this correct
I will say Connecticut, as it is the least ridiculous of my answers. Thanks, RK.
Here’s my guess:
M + ass + A + C + hew + sets =
Massachusetts.

m-ass-a-c-hew-sets?
massachusetts
the m_a-c! thing is pretty wack.
Kitchen also got it right!
Are we getting a reveal on this?
sorry about that Mashplum, wanted to give it a bit more time.
==-> Massachussets
I thought “set” was a tennis term. I have never heard of someone playing a set of golf.
‘set’ of golf clubs?
Maybe. That would explain why there are two bags but only one player. This puzzle is still a long way from clever though.
