Ok i got it. The face of the one who has the blue-green shirt that is the only one who is sitting and the 9th from the left is missing. However his shirt prevailed and the outfit of the one who have the striped shirt and the 11th from the left is missing. Actually, an outfit and a face is missing in the second image so it is difficult to see. Nice brain teaser!!!

no one disappeared
in the lower picture we have 2 missplaced elements:
- one element of the upper half (the “doggie doo”
- and another element of the lower half (the blue shoes of the guy kissing the woman)

these 2 elements would have corresponded to the third person.

Beautiful. Its all in the alignment.
1. The 3 separate jigzaws. In the upper 2 pieces, there are 12 persons and the dog turd. In the single bottom piece, there are 12 persons.
2. In the second picture: with 13 people. The bottom part of the connection line, still shows 12 people. But the guy in the blue sweater is completely only in the upper part, without any connection to the lower part, creating the 13th person. The dog turd, in this case has doubled up as a person, by becoming the hairpiece of the guy in the red polka dotted boxers.
3. In the 3rd picture: with 12 persons. All the upper 12 persons connect perfectly with the lower 12 persons. The dog turd, instead of connecting to a person remains isolated as just dog turd.
So the clue is the blue sweater guy; by not aligning him, in picture 2, with any part of a person in the bottom half, an additional person was created, and the dog turd became the 13th part person.

if you count the people in the cards, there are 13 people that show up on the top 2 cards that get switched. 12 people show up on the bottom card. it must allways remain this way. in the first picture, the one that does not show on the bottom is the man kissing the girl. but when you switch the cards, the man is given shoes on the bottom card. so now he is counted with the bottom card. since there were 13 pieces of people on the top and 12 on the bottom, pretend he was not a complete person. he didn’t count. when you switch it, he is given feet and is counted as a full human. but since, as i mentioned earlier, there are 13 on top and 12 on bottom, one thing must take his place of not being whole. remember, the man looked whole, so you counted him as a person, but he didn’t have feet. switch the cards around and he gets feet, so he counts now. something had to take his place, and that was the man with the red polka dotted pant’s hair, which looked like dog crap.

this anwser is simaler to the triangle with the missing square puzzle on the top ten.

in the second picture the one that kisses the girl is standing on the feet of the man playing the guitar. Therefore, since the guy that kisses the guy has its own legs at the changing part of the puzzle, when the part slides to the left, kissing guy goes with his own legs and feet. In other words, its just as it seems, the kissing guy slides and the poo appears instead

Looks like nearly everyone switched heads and/or bodies, but yes, there is one less person in the second picture. I went through them one by one and it appears to me that the guy in the blue pants, with the striped shirt (who is standing next to Mr. No-Pants in the first pic) has disappeared. Perhaps it was his dog that took that crap in the first place and he hid in shame. If you look carefully in the second pic the guy with the afro appears to be wearing our missing person’s clothing, but since they apparently shop at the same Wal-mart it would be very easy to overlook.

one man’s face became another man’s hair, thats’ why in the first example you can count 13 faces, yet in the second only twelve. also in the bottom half of the picture (the larger of the three pannels) only 12 pairs of feet are accounted for – when the pannels are rearranged from their orignal position the man kissing the woman hovers on top of a pair of feet. so in general, one person was in fact displaced amoung a group, but to label “who” became the poop would be to address the face that became the hair of the person riding the bicycle (or where two faces simply became one).

I THINK THE STEAMY PILE OF DOO IS DERIVED FROM THE DRUNK BUSINESS GUYS TOUPEE WITH NO PANTS (THE LINES OVER HIS HEAD SAY “INEBRIATED” TO ME…WHY ELSE WOULD HE HAVE NO PANTS?), BUT TO ANSWER THE QUESTION OF “WHO” WAS TURNED INTO DOO IS TRICKY. THE PICTURES, OR PORTIONS OF FOUR PEOPLE WERE USED TO MAKE THREE PEOPLE. IN THE TOP THE MAN AND WOMAN SMOOCHING ARE IN A SPACE FOR TWO PEOPLE AND IN THE BOTTOM, THE CHEECH MARIN LOOKING FELLOW HAS FILLED THE AREA AS ONE PERSON AND POO IS THERE AS I SAID FROM THE HAIRPIECE. SO…I SAY THE WIG WAS TURNED INTO POO.

the question asks…”who turned into doggy do”. there is only one piece of this puzzle that fits the question…the steaming pile of doggy do, as indicated by the brown piled feature plus the vertical wavy lines representing steam, in the final picture depicting twelve people instead of thirteen. And this piled steamy feature is a shared feature of the Man WEARING THE COAT, TIE AND NO PANTS. In the picture were thirteen people are shown, this steamy pile is displayed as the top portion of this perverts head. while lover boy, kissing his girl is standing on a pair of blue shoes(and by the way loverboy is the only character who is independant of the bottom box). if the question were to read “what is the true arrangement of the three boxes?” then the awnser would be… It is the picture showing twelve people(not thirteen)…hence, no one disappeared…there were only twelve people to begin with (plus a steaming pile of doggy do.) But to awnser the poser’s question more directly… no one turned into a steamy pile of doggy do, the doggy do was always there! just tempoarily misplaced atop the head of the man with no pants.
