I see a face between the ear and eye tilted just a bit left of vertical, and a shadowy silhouette of an entire person in the horizontal dark part of the side of the mouth.
Yeah I prefer that one Ari, the ear could even be his hat. Nice one.
What I saw wasnt bad though between the eye and ear in normal view ?
And then theres also an “alien-looking” type face on its jaw (also seen when tilted 90 degrees clockwise) facing right.

he has white eyes and a large nose..

I agree with the ear being a cap. It is like a sporting cap a Brit would where while bird hunting. The face is in profile laying horizontal (looking down)
Rotate the pic 1 turn clockwise so the nose is pointing toward you. The ear of the dog becomes the master’s hat. He seems to have a mustache and goatee.
Seems to be between the ear and the eye.

Having rotated the image 90° clockwise, i am pretty sure i see a man’s face facing left, just under the dog’s ear.

I saw both the cases mentioned above, it is the same guy right, both has the same hat, just that one images is the close up, cool
the face i see is another god…from ear to eye…so my answer is that his master is another dog…

but, if you rotate the picture 90 degrees counterclockwise-
and look to the lower 1/3 corner of the mouth (left of mouth)-
you can see a freaky looking face, almost clown like.
