   Seems to be between the ear and the eye.
   A face quite difficult to see but at about 45 degrees to the vertical…

   Having rotated the image 90° clockwise, i am pretty sure i see a man’s face facing left, just under the dog’s ear.

   i see the man that ari pointed out, HOWEVER:
   This dog’s name is Pepe, and despite having a collar, he has no master. Rather, he finds food himself in the trash cans around Chicago, and sleeps in the basement of an abandoned warehouse.

   I see a face between the ear and eye tilted just a bit left of vertical, and a shadowy silhouette of an entire person in the horizontal dark part of the side of the mouth.

   Yeah I prefer that one Ari, the ear could even be his hat. Nice one.

   What I saw wasnt bad though between the eye and ear in normal view ?
   And then theres also an “alien-looking” type face on its jaw (also seen when tilted 90 degrees clockwise) facing right.

   the face i see is another god…from ear to eye…so my answer is that his master is another dog…

   I think there is a man between the dogs ear and eye as joe originally said..
   he has white eyes and a large nose..
   i couldnt see some of the other ones mentioned though?

   not sure if this is what LadyInsomnia or Joe pointed out-

   but, if you rotate the picture 90 degrees counterclockwise-
   and look to the lower 1/3 corner of the mouth (left of mouth)-

   you can see a freaky looking face, almost clown like.

   Actually, it almost reminds me of CarrotTop

    Frogqueen99: some of these old hidden object cards are very well disguised and can be very tough to find.
