Literally, A Quick Thinking Brain Game!

Grow your neuron as long as possible by clicking on protein targets.

You can only click on protein targets within your circle of influence but you need to be quick as it decreases over time.

Oh one more thing…beware of the rival red neurons that compete with you for available protein targets.

‘Axon’ uses real features of neuron development in the foetal brain. Neurons make connections by growing a single axon to contact other cells and use protein targets to navigate.

Your brain is an amazing organ, with around 100 billion neurons and 100 trillion connections.

Clockwork is a take on the standard puzzle game of freeing an item from a set of interlocking pieces. However, what makes clockwork unique is that all the pieces move at the same time in synchronized speeds, much like a clock.

The game consists of three sets of ten levels, each with a different level of complexity. Within each set, player must successfully complete a puzzle in order to unlock the next. There is also an optional tutorial consisting of five levels that outlines the basic mechanisms encountered in the game.

The goal of each level is to reorder the pieces in such a way that the golden gear in the center can escape the screen when “launched”. Pieces are controlled using the buttons on-screen, or using the keyboard shortcuts shown.

Excited to announce that Smart-Kit’s Brain Teaser and Puzzle Section is now back in action! Over the next week or so, will be making some site changes to help this along. Some other changes include: While any registered member [signup is free] can post their answers/comments on the teasers/puzzles, only Puzzle Masters can post/comment on the games. You can get Puzzle Master status by consistently providing correct answers to the Teasers. Good explanations also help.
